The Role

We are on the lookout for energetic and enthusiastic casual front of house staff to join the opening team of The White Horse Tavern. We’re hiring across a variety of roles including bartenders, floor staff, and yard hands. Whether you're pouring drinks, delivering meals, clearing tables, or greeting guests with a smile, you'll play a vital part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, duties may include:

• Preparing and Serving beverages with speed and precision

• Taking and delivering food and drink orders with attention to detail

• Setting, resetting and clearing tables

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the venue

• Assisting with venue cleanliness, waste removal, and general support (yard-hands)

• Greeting and engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience

• Upholding RSA, Hygiene and workplace safety standards

• Working closely with your team ad managers to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for

• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not essential

• Availability to work a range of hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Valid RSA

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive, fast-paced team environment
